Seb Costello as the MC for the Afternoon

Spirits Victoria held its Short Conference at Starward in Port Melbourne yesterday, providing a large group of Victorian Distillers with an update on the Association, safety issues and a lengthy session on the progress being made with the Victorian Government to design the $10 million two year Grants Program for the local distilling industry.

Spirits Victoria thanks the speakers: Seb Costello (Bad Frankie), Sarah-Jane McCormack (Agriculture Victoria), Dave Irwin (Patient Wolf), Paul McLeay (Australian Distillers), Greg Holland (Spirits and Cocktails), Lorelle Warren and Russel Watson (Bellarine Peninsula Distillery) and Sam Slaney (Starward).

With exceptional support from sponsor Manildra, the conference provided a clear update on the progress of the Grants Program and was followed by great food from Burn City Smokers and drinks provided by the participants and Starward.
