The Victorian Distilled Spirits Strategy 2025–2030 is nearly complete after months of interviews, forums, workshops, and input from across the industry.
This is your chance to review the draft strategy, share your feedback, and help finalise the actions that will shape the future of Victoria’s spirits industry.
The Strategy has been developed by Spirits Victoria Association (SVA) in partnership with Agriculture Victoria and facilitated by atticusnow. It sets a clear direction for our industry over the next five years - focusing on real, actionable priorities like increasing market share in Victoria, scaling exports, engaging with community, and strengthening collaboration.

Both sessions will walk through the draft strategy and give you the chance to contribute feedback before it’s finalised.
